Tips for the military body wraps to help with measurements.

Be aware of your posture when getting measured. Stand @ attention with your feet together as close as you can and squeeze your buttocks together to get in as tight as you can. - Practice your breathing and see when your diaphragm is smaller giving you less inches for the measurements.

Wear a workout / waistband belt to bed @ night to get extra inches off while the solution is working for the next 24 hours after the wrap. May use preparation-H, won’t clog your pores.

Practice looking in the mirror, standing @ attention & crunch your neck to your shoulders, push your tongue to the roof of your mouth and flex your neck muscles.

Do a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi or a good work out after the wrap to get more inches off while the solution is still working through your body and then you can shower sooner too.

Take Magnesium Citrate before or after the wrap to help flush out your system more to relax your insides and keep detoxing for extra inch loss.

Don’t be afraid to drink water, just not 2 hours before bedtime to allow your body time to digest so that you aren’t bloated in the morning.

1. Do not use any soaps, lotions, creams or oils 4-6 hours prior to appointment time. If you do, we can do extra dry scrub brushing.

2. Drink 50% of your weight in water daily. Before, during & after the wrap.

3. Bring an extra pair of undergarments.

4. Eat light up to 2 hours before your body wrap.
