Retainer: The Client shall make a non-refundable retainer in the amount of $250 for the Photographer to perform the services specified herein. Upon payment, the Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties. The Client agrees that this retainer is earned by the Photographer when paid. The session date is only secured after payment of the retainer. The retainer will be used to pay for one digital image. Additional images may be added for an additional fee and client will be invoiced at time of selection.

Cancelation: If for any reason the Client cancels this Contract prior to or on the session date, the Photographer shall be entitled to retain the retainer. If the Client wishes to reschedule the session and notifies McClanahan Studio prior to the session date, the retainer may, at the Photographer’s sole discretion, be applied to the new date. Contact the studio immediately to see if your request can be granted.

Image usage: McClanahan Studio retains copyright to its images, but the client is granted licensing to use the images in unlimited forms of marketing for themselves, excluding any resaleof the images or use for 3rd party purposes. Finished images delivered via digital download.

Model release: Client agrees to let Photographer use the images created during the session in portfolio, advertising, photographic competitions, displays both in studio and in other locations, internet promotions, educational presentations or other purposes.

Please do not submit this form until you've made your final decision on date and time. Once you click submit, you'll be required to pay your session fee. Your session is not booked until payment has been processed.
